Hot Stone Massage

The warm stones are bathed in warm water and anointed with specifically blended essential oils. The hot stones are placed on key energy points - chakras - which will harmonise and initiate the relaxation process creating balance and a meditative experience to comfort and ground you.

Using firm rhythmic strokes the body is massaged with the stones which allows for deep manipulation of the muscle fibers. The heat also softens the tissues and is incredibly comforting for a truly holistic treatment.

Hot Stone Massage of the Back, Neck and Shoulder's

Reflexology is said to have originated in China some 5000 years ago, when pressure therapy where used to correct energy fields in the body.

Reflexology is gentle, supportive and relaxing with far reaching effects. Areas corresponding to parts of the body which are out of balance could feel tender and the degree of tenderness will indicate the degree of imbalance. By focusing on these areas, the body is stimulated to heal itself. The sensitivity of the feet varies from person to person and this is taken into account. The treatment should not be uncomfortable, even to the most sensitive feet, but deeply relaxing.
